Dear PM,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health. I know you have been feeling depressed recently with the outbreak of Novel Corona Virus and to add to the misery the institutions of justice and the opposition wants your resignation. Normally, it’s only the boys who ask for it.

You don’t go to the assembly much as there’s nothing to do. No bills get passed. Well, I assume General sahab must have suggested you that the only bills you should be concerned about are your electricity bills. But why would you be concerned? Have you ever paid for them? Oh, you have Tareens, and Aleems, and Kayanis for it. Sorry, not Tareens anymore.

On regular basis you call a high-level NCC meeting to discuss the Corona situation in the country. You do most of the talking while your cabinet ministers nod in approval. I along with the nation is still confused regarding your policy. I hope it’s not like our internal policy.

You are arresting your opponents over corruption charges. How about putting some of your own behind bars? But no. All of them have turned pious after putting on PTI’s robe.

There are also rumors Khan Sahab, that in your party, nobody agrees on anything and party members are fighting each other. Can’t you do anything? But then that’s why you are the leader of your party to begin with, because you can’t do anything.

Trump wants you to eliminate terrorism. You can’t eliminate terrorism. You can’t even eliminate Firdous Ashiq Awan from your party. And there’s nothing more terrifying than her.

You must have set some sort of record for meeting with world leaders and asking for financial aids. Since that’s all these foreign visits are for anyway. Maybe, you should start writing travelogues. You had so many foreign tours, I just hope Justice Gulzar doesn’t put you on the Exit Control List just to cut down government spending.

You are also locking horns with Bhutto government in Sindh, I think Bhutto’s have been around for thousands of years and they’ll still be around after you are gone — so that’s not wise of you. Well, as if there is anything reasonable even.

Despite your best efforts, you weren’t able to solve the debt crisis or rescue Pakistan’s economy, but as you have promised the nation that year 2020 will be different. The whole world has seen it’s different, and now you should also stop trying.

Pakistan needs loans, the youth needs loans, and the farmers need loans. Even I need loans. Our economy’s hashtag seems to be #ForeverALoan.

Yours truly,
