Everyone in the world is really anxious about Coronavirus.

The scientists ,doctors and nutritionist all are trying to find a reasonable treatment against this notorious virus.

According to them the need of the hour is  to keep our immune system strengthen and equipping body’s natural ability to mount an immune response to the novel Coronavirus.

WHAT IS IMMUNE SYSTEM ?

Immune system is an extremely complex system of organs, tissues and cells.
Immune system is your bodies defence against viral and bacterial attacks. When your body senses it is under attack it releases enzymes that put up defences, like inflammation, mucous secretion, antihistamine, etc. Antibodies form every time you are exposed to something to train your body how to heal itself in case of another attack.

Skin is a physical barrier that blocks the pathogens(bacteria, virus or toxins) from entering into the body but  sometimes when  accidents happen though and you get a cut, so the barrier is broken and the pathogen enters the body.

Immune system is like an army. It has a strict no tolerance policy for intruders.

The immune system’s forces have different types, ranging from cells that patrol your blood and specialise at pathogen hunting, to cells that produce proteins called antibodies to help fight the infection. It utilises these different types of cells to produce fast responses to infections, but also to specialise and provide unique responses to each infection.

A healthy immune system reduces chance of viral infection which means the stronger your immune system, the lower the chance of your falling ill. Our immune system degrades as we age.
