370-A diplomatic Weapon

0

Where the Modi government permanently solved the Jammu & Kashmir issue on its own by repealing Nehru’s constitutional clause 370 there it also provided diplomatic weapons to the state’s well-wishers because the aforesaid clause provides a way to end it by presidential decree but with the approval of the Lok Sabha and the State Assembly.

The terms of the Lok Sabha were fulfilled, but the state assembly was ignored. Modi doctrine will make conditions favorable for this second condition and eventually this will be fulfilled as well.

Now listening to Modi’s address to the nation in this background, the scenario becomes clear and it is also revealed that the real audience of Modi’s address was Indian, not Kashmiris, Rather straightforwardly speaking, the thugs of the RSS and its affiliates were addressing it. For which great concessions were announced.

Kashmir’s Resistance
Kashimiris will not bow down to oppression.

What Modi said in his address to the nation was that the abolition of Article 370 would bring about a revolution of prosperity in the state. He mentioned issues such as poverty in the region, corruption, lack of representation of people in the municipality and lack of democratic institutions. And stated that the cause of all these defects was Article 370 and that after its end a new era of prosperity and democratic representation in the region would begin shortly.

Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Riyush Kumar told a news conference the next day “Government tells Ambassadors of various countries of the world and representatives of global organizations about India’s position; they were told that change in Article 370 was our internal matter. And it belongs to the Indian Constitution which falls under the purview of our sovereignty”.

The question is whether we should wait for the second condition to be fulfilled or push Modi into a closed lane using Article 370 as a weapon. Modi had told the nation in his aforementioned address that Pakistan used Article 370 as a weapon. What should Pakistan use as a weapon of that article, which status is merely symbolic? After the termination of the clause, former head of RAw S A Dalit commented: When did Kashmiris get independence So the question of snatching freedom from them was unnecessary.

The significance of this clause has been highlighted since its termination. If used as a weapon in a timely manner. How does? Let me explain it. The abolition of the clause made one thing clear; Modi presents ‘Out of the Box’ solution to the Jammu & Kashmir problem. He has chosen a new field to fight against Pakistan. We can no longer counteract this unconventional attack with conventional weapons. Now this battle is to be fought in the same field decorated by Narendra Modi and Amit Shah. India Revokes Occupied Kashmir’s Special Status

Timing is very important in counteracting. Killing an opponent with his own weapon is a real blow. We need to inculcate whole article (370) to the world’s mind, and state that the same Article also requires approval from the State Assembly within three months. Its duration is three months, not the desired period. Start with Russia, which responded that India acted according to its constitution. We must influence the world by bringing together the voices within India.

Rahul Gandhi’s tweet is an encouraging message from inside India: “Breaking Jammu and Kashmir with unilateral decision, imprisoning elected representatives and violating the constitution is against national integration. This nation is made up of its people and not parts of the earth misuse of executive power will be heavy on our national security”.

There is no ‘puppet’ in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. This is how we make these sounds our own. It should be demanded that the Governor’s rule in the state of Jammu and Kashmir be abolished. The State Assembly of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti should be restored. Instead, we are willing to withdraw all agreements, including the Security Council resolutions. But the condition is that after a period of three months if approval cannot be obtained from the state assembly, then the matter will go to the people of Jammu & Kashmir, and the decision must speak through a transparent referendum. Its duration should also be kept for three months. Nuclear weapons war should be recalled after the period is over. The way has been cleared following the threat of Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh. From the use of Article 370 as a diplomatic weapon to the threat of nuclear war, the 72-year-old dispute of Jammu and Kashmir can be resolved in 6 months. Just conviction is required.
